Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, adapters, and manuals that were included in the initial shipment.
Ship the Product
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
